磁共振平扫、磁共振弥散加权成像、动态增强三者联合对宫颈癌分期诊断的价值研究

Diagnosis Value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Scan,Diffusion Weighted Imaging(DWI),Dynamic on Cervical Cancer Staging

目的:分析磁共振平扫结合磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)以及动态增强对宫颈癌分期诊断的临床价值。方法:选择2014年5月~2016年5月我院妇科住院部所纳入宫颈癌患者共计36例作为研究对象,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。分别应用单一磁共振平扫、磁共振平扫结合DWI成像及动态增强扫描进行分期诊断。以病理分期为观察指标,对比行单一磁共振平扫、磁共振平扫结合DWI成像以及动态增强对宫颈癌分期诊断的符合性差异。结果:术前常规磁共振平扫对宫颈癌分期的诊断准确率为66.67%,磁共振平扫结合DWI成像及动态增强扫描对宫颈癌分期的诊断准确率为97.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规磁共振平扫联合DWI成像及动态增强扫描能够提高宫颈癌侵犯程度评价的准确性,通过合理的临床分期为治疗方案的正确制定提供可靠依据。

Objective： To analyze the clinical value of MR imaging combined with DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging in the staging of cervical cancer. Methods： A total of f 6 patients with cervical cancer admitted in May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Respectively,using simple magnetic resonance plain scan and magnetic resonance plain scan combined with DWI imaging and staging of cervical cancer was compared with that of plain magnetic resonance plain scan,magnetic resonimaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan. Results ： The accuracy of preoperative routine MRI was 66. 67 % curacy of DWI and DWI was 97. 22% （35/36）,there was significant difference between the two groupe,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Conventional magnetic resonance plain scan combined with DWI imaging and dynamic contrast-enhancedMRI can improve the accuracy of cervical cancer invasion evaluation and provide a reliable basis for the correct formulation of treatment plan through rational clinical staging.
