局部皮瓣在面部整形中的应用探讨

Application of Facial Plastic Surgery with Local Skin Flaps

目的:探讨局部皮瓣在面部整形中的应用。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年10月本院收治的行面部整形的120例患者,均根据面部创伤部位、形状、大小等,设计并选择合适的局部皮瓣,对破损部位进行修复,观察患者的面部整形效果。结果:120例患者中局部皮瓣全部成活,无1例发生坏死、血肿和并发症。结论:局部皮瓣应用于面部整形,能够保证面部缺损修复后的美容效果,方法简单可靠,效果明显。

Objective:To investigate the local flap in facial plastic surgery.Methods:Since January 2014 to December 2016 to the author's hospital patients with facial plastic surgery.According to location,shape,size of facial injury,the local skin flaps was designed and selected to cover the skin defect.The effect of facial plastic surgery with local skin flaps were observed.Results:All flaps of 120 patients survived with no inflection,hematoma and necrosis.Conclusion:The significant effect of facial plastic surgery with local flaps can be obtained cosmetic repair.The operation method of using local skin flaps is simple and satisfactory.
