盐酸美金刚在改善帕金森痴呆患者认知功能和日常生活能力的疗效

Effect of Memantine Hydrochloride in Improving Cognitive Function and Daily Life Quality of Patients with Dementia Parkinson

目的:分析并探究应用盐酸美金刚对于帕金森痴呆患者认知功能与日常生活能力改善的效果。方法:选取上海市浦东医院院66例帕金森痴呆患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,随机将其分成对照组与观察组,对照组用口服盐酸多奈哌齐片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服盐酸美金刚片进行治疗,对比两组患者的认知功能与日常生活能力。结果:完成治疗后,观察组MOCA、MMSE评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组Barthel指数评分为(58.8±4.1)分,对照组为(41.8±3.7)分,观察组明显高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:盐酸美金刚对于帕金森痴呆患者起到了有效的改善作用,有利于患者认知功能和日常生活能力的提高。

Objective:To analyze and explore the effect of application of memantine hydrochloride for patients with dementia to improve cognitive function and daily life ability of the Parkinson.Methods:Pudong hospital of Shanghai city,66 cases of Parkinson's dementia patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group were treated by oral administration of donepezil hydrochloride Tablets,the observation group was treated in the control group based on the oral ability of memantine hydrochloride tablets,the cognitive function of two groups were compared with daily life.Results:after treatment,the observation group MOCA,MMSE scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P <0.05:observation group Barthel index score was(58.8 ±4.1),control group(41.8 ± 3.7),the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant,P < 0.05.Conclusion:to improve the effect of memantine hydrochloride for Parkinson dementia patients,is conducive to the function and daily life ability of patients with cognitive improvement
