摘要 针对建筑行业内墙抹灰大多采用人工涂抹方式导致工作效率低下的现状,结合目前已有半自动抹灰机可自动抹平,但灰浆易脱落,找正难和喷浆机效率高,后期抹平工作量大的特点,提出了一种完全采用气动控制系统,综合两者优点集机电气一体化的新型内墙智能抹灰机。该装置主要包含抹灰升降机构、喷涂往复机构以及气动控制系统,其中气动控制系统主要以气动马达、气缸等作为该装置执行元件,通过在气动系统回路中设置与抹灰机构和喷涂机构中行程开关相联动的电磁换向阀,实现智能抹灰机的升降、喷抹、行走等动作,完成自动粉刷抹灰作业。该装置工作安全可靠、效率高、噪声小、响应快,在建筑行业中具有较高的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the present situation of interior wall plastering inconstruction industry most of using artificial painting way which lead to low efficiency, so far, combining the existing semi-automatic plastering machine can be automatic, but the mortar is eas-y to fall off, the wall is difficult to align, and the shot-create machine have high efficiency with characteristics of a large amount of workload,by integrated advantages of both sets of mechanical and electrical integration, a new interior wall smart plastering machine was put forward which fully based on a pneumatic control system. Among which the executive components of the device of the system were select or valve pneumatic motor and cylinder. Through setting the electromagnetic valve connected with plastering mechanism and spraying mechanism travel switch in the pneumatic system circuit, and to realize the intelligent device to cooperate with the lifting, spraying, walking and other movement, the automatic plastering work was finished. Working safety and reliability, high efficiency, low noise, fast response of the Intelligent Plastering Machine, has high popularization and application value in the construction industry.
