摘要 由于液压机零件多、尺度大,新产品研发、销售展示和教学实验中,采用3D打印技术可以缩短产品研发周期,降低制造成本。以三梁四柱液压机为例,从3D打印模型的机械强度、刚度、稳定性、材料节约性、整体美观性、实用性等要求出发,对模型结构优化、模型结构拆分打印、以及支撑结构优化等问题进行研究,提出适用于液压机3D打印模型的结构设计要求。 Due to hydraulic presses consist of lots of large-scale parts, the 3D printing technology can decrease the development cycle and reduce the manufacturing cost in new product development, sales presentation, and teaching experiments. The three beam four-post hydraulic press was taken as an example, and aimed at requirements as mechanical strength, stiffness, stability, practicability and material-saving of the 3D printing model, some structure design problems such as model structure optimization, model structure split print and supporting structure optimization were analyzed, the structure design requirements suitable for 3D printing models of hy-draulic presses were presented.
