摘要
针对双喷嘴挡板电液伺服阀的力矩马达,将温度因素引入建模过程,提出气隙磁阻和极化磁动势的温度模型,从而得到更为准确的磁通计算方法。理论、仿真和实验相互印证后,得出气隙长度随时间呈线性变化,极化磁动势接近线性变化。
The temperature factor was introduced in modeling progress, based on double nozzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve torque motor. A new temperature model of air gap reluctance and polarization magnetomotive force was proposed. And an accurate magnetic flux computing method was deduced. After the match of theory, simulation and experiment, the conclusion is that air gap length changed linearly with time and polarization magnetomotive force changed nearly linearly.
