摘要 以风力发电机的增速箱为研究对象,选用TMS320F28335数字信号处理器(DSP)和3G无线通信模块EM820W搭建硬件平台,设计一种嵌入式的在线实时故障监测系统。该系统利用DSP实现对风电增速箱的数据采集、存储和数据信号的分析等功能,而EM820W无线通信模块则实现数据的无线通信传输功能,将DSP分析的结果和采集的原始数据传送到上位机,从而实现对风电增速箱的远程在线诊断与监测功能,监测增速箱的工作状况。 Taking the wind turbine gearbox as the research object, and the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor (DSP) and 3G wireless communication module EM820W were chosen to build the hardware platform, a kind of embedded real-time fault monito-ring system was designed. The system used DSP to achieve the function of data acquisition, storage and data signal analysis of wind power growth box, and the wireless communication module EM820W was used to realize the data transmission of wireless communica-tion function. DSP analysis results and raw data collected were sent to the host computer, in order to achieve the remote online diagno-sis and monitoring function and monitor the working status of the growth box.
