摘要
为筛选适合宁南冷凉山区越夏栽培的西兰花品种,采用随机区组设计,比较了14个西兰花品种的生物学性状及产量。试验结果表明,冬皇产量最高,达到42 930 kg/hm^2,青云、秀丽、园博园、优秀、曼陀绿、碧玉、幸运7个品种产量在30 000~40 000 kg/hm^2;文兴的蛋白质含量达到40.8 g/kg、总酸含量为3.2 g/kg;总糖含量曼陀绿达到25.1 g/kg、青云为23.5 g/kg;维生素C含量青云和曼陀绿达到628 mg/kg,碧玉和冬皇为610 mg/kg;冬皇立枯病、霜霉病、黑腐病抗病率均为100%,青云立枯病和霜霉病抗病率为100%;冬皇、青云、曼陀绿的抗旱性明显优于其他品种。综合上述,冬皇、青云、曼陀绿适合在宁夏南部山区越夏露地栽培。
For screening out the broccoli cultivars that suitable for summer cultivation in cold mountainous area of Ningxia, this research compared the biological traits and yield of 14 broccoli cultivars using a randomized block experimental design. The results showed that the yield of Donghuang was the highest, reaching 42 930 kg/hm^2, and the yield of Qingyun, Xiuli, Yuanboyuan, Youxiu, Mantuolv, Biyu and Xingyun were between 30 000-40 000 kg/hm^2. The protein content of Wenxing reached 40.8 g/kg, and its total acid content was 3.2 g/kg. The total sugar content of Mantuolv reached 25.1 g/kg, and Qingyun was 23.5 g/kg. The vitamin C contents of Qingyun and Mantuolv reached 628 mg/kg, and Donghuang and Biyu was 610 mg/kg. The resistance to blight, downy mildew and black rot of Donghuang was 100%, and the resistance to blight and downy mildew of Qingyun was 100%. The resistance to drought of Donghuang, Qingyun, Mantuoly was better than that of other cultivars. From the above results, Donghuang, Qingyun and Mantuolv were suitable for cultivation in the southern mountain area of Ningxia in summer.
