补肺益阳化痰中药方联合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚型疗效观察

Effect of lung-reinforcing and yang-tonifying and phlegm-resolving recipe combined with conventional western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the plateau stage with qi-deficiency type of lung and kidney

目的观察补肺益阳化痰中药方联合西医常规治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺肾气虚型的疗效及对患者肺功能、生活质量的改善情况。方法将124例符合纳入标准的COPD稳定期肺肾气虚型患者随机分为2组。对照组62例行西医常规治疗,治疗组62例在对照组治疗基础上加补肺益阳化痰中药方,均连续治疗2个月。比较2组总有效率及治疗前后患者肺功能、生活质量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率(98.39%)明显高于对照组(82.26%,P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗后2组患者肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、FEV_1/FVC及生活质量健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)生理功能、心理功能评分及总分均较本组治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾益阳化痰中药方联合西医常规治疗COPD稳定期肺肾气虚型疗效显著,能显著改善肺功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects and the improvement of pulmonary function and life quality of lung - reinforcing and yang - tonifying and phlegm - resolving recipe combined with conventional western medicine on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） in the plateau stage with qi - deficiency type of lung and kidney. Methods 124 COPD patients in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （ n =62） was treated by conventional western medicine, and the treatment group （ n =72） was treated by lung - reinforcing and yang - tonifying and phlegm - resolving recipe on the basis of control group, continuously treatment for 2 months. The total effective rates, the improvement of pulmonary function and life quality before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （98. 39% ） was obviously superior to that in control group （82.26% , P 〈0.05）. The lung function index forced vi-tal capacity （FVC） , forced expiratory volume in 1 s （FEV! ） , FEV^FVC, the scores of physiological function, psy-chological function and total scores of quality of life health questionnaire （SF -36） after treatment were increased in two groups （P 〈0. 05） , and which in treatment group were higher than those in control group with statistical differ-ence （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion Lung - reinforcing and yang - tonifying and phlegm - resolving recipe combined with conventional western medicine has significant curative effects on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in the plateau stage with qi - deficiency type of lung and kidney, can significantly improve lung function, increase the quality of life.
