农村劳动力外出务工意愿的影响因素研究——基于甘肃地区农村劳动力样本调查

Research on the Influence Factors of Rural Labor Migrant Workers——Based on the Sample Survey of Rural Labor Region in Gansu Province

当前,我国农村发展进入了新的阶段,农村劳动力外出务工成为带动农村经济发展的一大动力,并引起了社会各界的广泛关注。基于甘肃地区农村劳动力样本调查数据,采用Logit模型,对农村劳动力外出务工意愿的影响因素进行研究。结果表明,农村劳动力外出务工意愿受多种因素影响,年龄、家中常住成年人数量、家庭成员最高文化程度、亩均产出水平、居住地理位置和农业经营收入等多种因素和变量对农村劳动力外出务工意愿都有显著的影响。基于实证研究的结论,提出针对性的对策建议。

At present, the rural development of our country has entered a new stage, the rural labor force migrant workers becom-ing a great power, driving the development of rural economy and attracting widespread attention from the public. Therefore, based on the sample survey data of region in Gansu province rural labor force, using the Logit model, the influence factors of the migrant workers ’ intention were studied in the paper. The results show that migrant rural labor intention is influenced by many factors. The age, number of resident adults in the home, the highest degree of education in the family members, per acre output level, geo-graphic location and agricultural management income and other factors and variables for rural migrant labor force will have signif-icant impacts. Finally, based on the conclusion of empirical study, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in the paper.
