马鞍山市“医养结合”机构养老模式可行性研究

A Feasibility Study of Medical-Nursing Combined Institutional Care Mode in the City of Maanshan

"医养结合"新型养老模式有利于整合养老和医疗资源,有效解决高龄老人、失能老人的医疗、养老问题。目前,我国"医养结合"机构养老模式存在一些问题,如机构高收费与老年人的低购买力,养老服务单一化与老人需求多样化,医护人员紧缺等,如何进一步拓展"医养结合"供给主体的资金来源,完善其服务方式以及人才培养机制成为全社会共同关注的重要议题。文章以马鞍山市为例,探讨新型养老模式并提出对策建议。

The new elderly care mode of medical-nursing combination is in favor of the integration of elderly care and medical resources, which can effectively solve the problem of medical and elderly care problem for the very old people and the disabled man. Currently, some problems exit in the institutional care mode of medical-nursing combination in China, taking the city of Maanshan as an example, such as the high charge of the institution and lower purchasing abilities of the old, the single elderly service and diversified requirements of the old, the shortage of the medical staff and etc.. How to widen the capital resource of the supply subject for the medical-nursing combination, and to improve the serving methods and the talents cultivation mechanism have become the important issues in the whole society.
