绿色建筑星级比例测算——以GM新区为例 被引量:1

摘要 在我国新型城镇化探索与实践背景下,绿色生态城区已经成为城市发展结构模式,其中绿色建筑在建筑业的发展在很大程度上影响并决定着我国经济结构转变和未来国民经济整体发展的速度与质量,但当前绿色生态城区中的绿色建筑星级比例目标确定缺乏相应的标准与科学依据。为全面实施绿色建筑标准,建立完善绿色建筑示范区建设的技术标准体系,以绿色建筑空间布局为核心,使用地块潜力评价法对绿色建筑分布地块进行评价,通过"四因子"法对高星级潜力地块进行校验,建立绿色建筑星级比例测算体系,对GM新区绿色建筑比例进行测算。研究结果表明,该体系通过定量分析地块潜力,可以科学合理地测算绿色建筑星级比例,为生态城区的建设与绿色建筑专项规划的编制提供参考。该体系的构建有利于为建设绿色生态城市提供技术支撑,体系完善后可在全国绿色建筑示范区建设中进行推广,成为全国建设绿色建筑示范区的借鉴范本。 Under the background of the new urbanization exploration and practice in our country,the green ecological city has become the model of urban development structure transformation.And the promotion of green building in construction industry determines the speed and quality of China’s economic growth and the overall development of the national economy in the future.However,the calculation on star proportion of green building in the green ecological city is lack of corresponding standards and scientific theoretical basis.In order to establish a perfect green building technology standard system,this paper used land potential evaluation method and "four factor" method,established a calculation system on star proportion of green building,and calculated the star proportion of green building in GM New District.The results show that this system can calculate the star proportion of green building reasonably by analyzing the potential of land quantitatively.This system can provide the construction of green ecological city with technical support.
