摘要
几种不同的热处理工艺会对 40MnNbRE高压气瓶钢的组织和力学性能产生较大影响。研究表明 ,最佳的热处理工艺能够使该钢的屈服强度提高 44 .8%多 ,低温冲击韧性(- 2 0℃和 - 5 0℃ )
Several heat treatment technologies have an obvious influence on the composition and the performance of 40MnNbRE high-pressure seamless cylinder. The research showed that the yield point strength may be increased more than 225MPa, while the impacted toughness at low temperature(-20℃ and -50℃) may be improve twice or more by adopt the optimum heat treatment technology.
