他汀类药物是一种羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂(AHMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂),是目前临床应用广泛的降脂药物,对心血管作用尤为重要。近年来,国内外多项研究认为他汀在癌症治疗中有其独特的重要性,其实验机制为他汀类药物对肿瘤细胞有抑制增殖、诱导分化或凋亡、抑制肿瘤新生血管、降低肿瘤转移等作用。因而,他汀类药物的抗肿瘤作用也得到了广泛关注。本文就他汀类药物的在防治肿瘤方面的作用进行综述。

Statins is a HMG-CoA AHMG-CoA reductase inhibitor,it is used lipid-lowering drugs,it is particularly important in cardiovascular disease. In recent years,a number of studies suggest that statins has its unique importance in cancer,the experimental mechanism is statins can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and induce differentiation or apoptosis,inhibit tumor angiogenesis and reduce tumor metastasis.
