Research on Supply-side Reform of Account Talents Training in Hebei Province Under the Technology Driven

科技创新与会计职业深度融合,以大数据、云计算、人工智能为代表的新技术已逐渐成为驱动会计人才培养的新动力。河北省高校会计专业教育历经多年发展,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但同时也面临科技驱动所引发的严峻挑战。在分析科技驱动对会计职业和会计人才需求影响的基础上,反思河北省会计人才培养的问题,并提出"去产能、调方向、转理念、补短板、强动力"的供给侧改革的建议,为河北省会计人才培养提出新思路。

Since the deep integration of science and technology innovation and accountancy, the new technology which represented by the large data, cloud computing and AI has become new impetus for account talents. After years of development, the college accounting professional education in Hebei province has made remarkable achievements. But sever challenges which brought by technology is still in front of us. This paper analyzes the impact on accountancy and talent demanding caused by technology, and makes a reflection on the problems of account talents training in Hebei province. The paper also gives suggestions on supply-side reform which is DE-Capacity, adjusting direction, turning idea, and strengthening power in order to provide new thoughts for the training of account talents in Hebei province.
