地铁隧道下穿高速铁路联络线路基安全影响分析 被引量:18

摘要 为研究地铁盾构法隧道穿越高速铁路联络线路基的沉降问题,铁路行车对地铁隧道结构产生的安全问题以及地铁隧道施工过程中的安全控制措施,采用理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,对南京地铁4号线下穿京沪高铁联络线路基段进行探讨和分析。结果表明:在地层损失率不大于8‰并考虑铁路行车限速的情况下,地铁隧道下穿高铁路基引起的线路变形满足高铁静态管理标准要求,并给出盾构机的掘进参数建议值。为达到地铁盾构隧道施工对铁路的影响最小,保证施工期间铁路的安全运营,提出施工期间高铁运营速度应控制在120 Km/h以内,盾构机应匀速不间断掘进,推进速度应控制在1.0~1.5 cm/min,每日推进5~6环。 In order to study the subgrade settlement of high-speed railway line under-passed by a metro shield tunnel, the risks to the metro tunnel caused by railway traffic, as well as the safety control measures during the period of subway tunnel construction, this paper discusses and analyses the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway’s connecting line subgrade under-passed by Nanjing metro line 4 by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. The results show that in the case of less than 8译 stratum loss rate and under speed limit, the line deformation resulted from the metro shield tunneling under-passing high speed railway subgrade meets the requirements of static management standards. The suggested tunneling parameters of shield machine are offered. To achieve the least influence on high-speed railway caused by subway shield tunneling and ensure safe operation of high-speed railway during construction,it is suggested that the high speed railway operating speed should be controlled below 120 km/h during the construction, and the daily progress of shield machine should be managed by 5 - 6 rings at the speed of 1. 0 -1. 5 cm/min.
