摘要 火灾与人身安全和财产损失息息相关,为完善铁路工程牵引变电所防火设计,提高设计质量。根据牵引变电所采用的防火设计标准,结合目前铁路工程建设、验收阶段出现的问题,分别从消防车道、防火间距、建(构)筑物火灾危险性分类、火灾自动报警、消防疏散照明等方面进行对比分析。建议完善铁路行业牵引变电所的设计技术标准体系,修编现行铁路工程防火设计标准,规避标准间要求不一致带来的误解,引导工程设计人员正确执行防火设计标准。 Fire disaster, personal safety and property losses are closely related. In order to improve the railway traction substation fire protection design and improve the quality of design, fire fighting vehicle lane,fire protection spacing, building ( structure) fire risk classification, automatic fire alarm, fire evacuation lighting are analyzed in view of the problems occurred during the construction and acceptance of railway engineering project and based on the standard of fire protection design of traction substation. Suggestions are recommended to improve design technical standard system of traction substation, revise current railway engineering design standards of fire protection and avoid the misunderstanding resulted from the inconsistence between standards so as to guide the engineering design personnel to correctly follow fire protection standard.
