摘要
以高校科技项目管理为实际背景,分析了人力资源优化的必要性,研究了在多个优化目标下科研项目和参与人员的双边匹配问题。首先给出支持成员分组的双边匹配问题的数学描述;在此基础上,以最优化合理分组的三个实际指标为目标,建立双边匹配多目标决策模型,并依据该模型的特点设计了基于多目标遗传算法的求解方法。在匹配模型的基础上,设计了基于浏览器/服务器架构的人力资源管理系统以提高实用性。最后通过一个实例验证了模型的有效性和可行性。
Based on the background of university science and technology project management,this paper analyzes the necessity of human resource optimization and studies the bilateral matching of scientific research projects and participants under multiple optimization goals. Firstly,the mathematical description of the bilateral matching problem which supports member grouping is given. Based on this,a multi-objective decision model of bilateral matching is established with the objective of optimizing the three actual indexes of reasonable grouping,and a method based on multi-objective genetic algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the model. Based on the matching model,a human resource management system based on B/S structure is designed to improve the practicability. Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
