摘要
经过合理的假设,使用Fluent软件分别对聚乳酸(PLA)和低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)挤出吹塑薄膜过程在特定加热温控系统内的温度场进行了数值模拟,并通过PE-LD吹膜实验对PE-LD的模拟温度场进行了验证,进而验证了PLA的模拟温度场。结果表明,PE-LD在加热温控系统中温度场的模拟值和实测值在距薄膜中轴线径向距离(y)为70~110mm区域内吻合较好,在y为50~70mm区域中距薄膜进入温控系统处轴向高度(x)为100、240mm处存在一定误差,但整体趋势相同;因此,可通过模拟对不同工艺参数下PLA薄膜的温度场进行预测,为加工过程提供有力地指导。
Temperature fields of bolwn film process for ploy(lactic acid) (PLA) and low-density polyethylene (PE-LD) in certain temperature control system were studied through a numerical simulation on the basis of some reasonable assumptions.The model was established by a Fluent software and then verified by the measured results from PE-LD.The results indicated that the simulated values of PE LD were in good agreement with its measured results in the distance range of 70~110 mm.Although there were some errors in the distance range of 50~70 mm,the whole trend was identical.Summarily,the temperature fields can be predicted for the blowing process of PLA film under different parameter conditions via this simulation method,thus providing guidance for mass production and quality analyses.
