水泥稳定全深式就地再生基层适应性的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对水泥稳定全深式就地再生基层,设计4种旧沥青面层与半刚性基层铣刨料掺配比例方案,通过室内试验与工程现场试验,对水泥稳定全深式就地再生基层厚度与旧沥青面层掺量的关系进行了探讨.研究结果表明:当原路面基层顶面弯沉值大于100(0.01mm),旧沥青面层占再生基层质量比例低于27%时,全深式就地再生基层的厚度应控制在18~25cm;当原路面基层顶面弯沉值在80~100(0.01mm),旧沥青面层占再生基层质量比例在27%~50%时,全深式就地再生基层的厚度应控制在15~22cm.根据旧沥青面层掺量对水泥稳定全深式就地再生基层的厚度进行控制,保障再生基层质量. Four kinds of programs for mixing the old asphatt layer and semi-rigid base millingmaterial were designed for the cement stabilized full-depth in a situ regeneration base. Throughindoor and engineering field tests, the relationships between the thickness of the cement stabilized full-depth in the situ regeneration base and the content of old asphalt layer were discussed. Theresults show that when the deflection of the original pavement base is greater than 100(0. 01 mm) and the mass ratio of the old asphalt layer over the regeneration base is less than 2 7 % ? the thickness of full-depth in the situ regeneration base should be controlled between 18 cm and 25 cm.While the deflection of the original pavement base varies from 80(0. 01 mm) to 100(0. 01 mm) and the mass ratio of the old asphatt layer over the regeneration base is thickness of full-depth in the situ regeneration base should be controlled between 15 cm and 22 cm. According to the content of the old asphatt layer, the thickness of the cement stabilized full-depth in the situ regeneration base can be controlled and the regeneration base quality can be ensured.
