现代治理理论视阈下道德治理的价值转向

Modern Governance Theory and the Value Orientation of Moral Governance

现代道德治理是把践行社会主义核心价值观嵌入到国家治理现代化的全过程之中,实现从价值层面引领着国家治理能力的现代化建设,为国家治理能力现代化提供价值支撑。现有道德治理的研究,鲜有从现代治理角度来开展道德治理能力现代化研究的。亟需以多学科视野,结合现代治理理论,重新厘定道德治理的现代内涵,并进一步对现代道德治理展开内容、功能、价值取向的全面分析,最终落实到实践层面,探讨出现代道德治理的实施框架,使得现代道德治理得以实现。

The modern moral governance is the socialist core values embedded in the overall process of the modernization of national governance. It implements the modernization of national governance, provides value to support the modern gov-ernance capacity. Few of the current studies of moral governance have explored the modernization of the ability of moral governance. We need to take a multidisciplinary perspective combined with modern governance theory, to reclassify the modern connotation of moral governance, and to inspire a comprehensive analysis of the content, function and value orien-tation of modern moral governance. Finally, we need to reach the practical level, to explore the implementation of the framework of modern moral governance and realize it.
