摘要
从儒学衍生出来的儒家德育方法通过"以文化人""仁之实""仁之方"等内涵表现出浓郁的人文特性,从而倡导一种集人、文、教、养、爱、理、知、行于一的寓教于养、寓养于教、有教有养、教养合一的人格养成观。这一人格观通过对主体现实生活的肯定、仁爱情感的激发、德性行为的践行以及社会人文的营造,以润物细无声而充满温情的方式,有力、有效、有爱地弥补了当前人格养成教育的不足,彰显了中华人格的软实力。
Confucian moral education, which originated from Confucianism, expresses its humanistic characteristic by "culture","benevolence’s substance" and "benevolence’s methods",and proposes the idea of personality cultivation with person, culture, education, cultivation, love, reason, intellectual and practice. This idea insists on the significance of daily life, kindheartedness,practice and social culture to personality cultivation,remedies the drawback of today's personality education, and manifests the soft power of Chinese personality quietly and warmly.
