法治价值观的凝练逻辑是促使法治价值由理论符号具象化为行为准则的首要前提。法治共识是社会主义法治价值观凝聚的现实前提,它实现了法治由"工具"性手段到价值性目标的升华,由治国方略到核心价值思想体系的转变,法治共识的养成助推社会主义核心价值观的培育。法治价值观的凝练导向在于植根于中华民族优秀的传统文化、马克思主义经典作家的时代阐释以及中国的现实境遇固本纳新。法治观的价值诉求在于重塑法治权威,体现为健全法制体系实现制度的法治价值注入,建设法治政府助推法治价值的实践转化以及培养公民意识促进法治精神的实践养成。

The consensus of the rule of law is the realistic prerequisite for the cohesion of the value of socialist rule of law〉 It realizes the transformation of the rule of law from ＂tools＂ to value goals, from the strategy of governing the country to the system of core values and the development of the rule of laws. The value of the rule of law is to reshape the authority of the rule of law which is embodied in a sound legal system,to turn the value of the rule of law into the construction of it, to transform and cultivate civic awareness to promote the spirit of the practice of the rule of law.
