摘要
介绍了以电信电话公网为报汛信道 ,以数传仪为数据采集传输基础设备 ,中间站为汇集点的星形远程自动报汛通信网。在中间站应用基于VisualBasic的系统软件 ,完成雨量信息自动记录、分析、生成各种报表和通过广域网络向上级部门传输信息等任务。
This paper introduces the star-type remote automatic warning flood communication net. The communication net depends on telephone as warning flood channel; data transmission instrument as data collection transmission base equipment; middle station as merged point. In the middle station the communication net applies VB-based system software.. It completes rainfall information automatic recorded, analyzed, so as to produce reports and transfer information to upper management through Internet. The wide application of the system is of great importance on rainfall warning flood.
