摘要 为了增进对装备保障任务规划的基本认识,深入分析其相互联系、发生作用的规则和原理,采用多视角分析思路,借鉴系统工程和信息控制理论,按照装备保障指挥决策的典型过程,将静态规划与动态规划相结合,分别从任务流程、信息流转、过程控制3个视角对装备保障任务规划的作用机理进行了研究,揭示了装备保障任务规划的结构功能、信息传递及控制逻辑。 To enhance the basic understanding of equipment and support mission planning and an-alyze the rules and principles of their interaction and occurrence, with the adoption of the multi-per-spective analysis and the theory of system engineering and information control, according to the typi-cal process of the equipment support command decision making, this paper studies the mechanism of equipment support mission planning from the three perspectives of mission flow, information flow and process control, with the combination of dynamic planning and static planning, so as to reveal the structural function, information transfer and control logic of the equipment support mission planning.
