指挥信息系统野外综合演练技术保障工作实践与思考

Practices of and Reflections on Technical Support for Field Comprehensive Maneuver of Command Information Systems

针对野外实装综合演练技术保障工作专业技术性强、构成要素多、野外保障不确定因素多的问题,对军队院校开展基于实装的指挥信息系统野外综合演练科目进行了研究。深入分析了机动指挥所指控系统技术保障工作的特点,即具有较高的系统性、时效性和协作性;从任务区分、力量配备、计划协调、要素设置、手段运用等方面,有针对性地提出了技术保障工作的对策措施。

To solve the problems of high technical requirements, complicated factors and uncer-tain factors influencing support effect of the technical support in the field comprehensive maneuve-ring, the paper conducts a study on the field comprehensive maneuvering of the command information system based on the actual equipment. In this study, it analyzes in depth the characteristics of the technical support of the mobile commanding system and points out that it is highly systematic, timely and collaborative. From the aspects of task differentiation, strength allocation, planning coordina-tion, factor setting and means application, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the tech-nical support.
