摘要 以普通425水泥为主要胶凝材料、双氧水为发泡剂,乳液为稳泡剂,制备掺杂钼尾矿发泡水泥.以乳液、水温、纤维、双氧水等作为影响因素设计正交试验,以抗折强度、干密度和吸水率为评价指标,对发泡水泥制备工艺进行优化,并对最优工艺做了验证性实验,采用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪对发泡水泥水化产物的物相及分子结构进行了表征.结果表明,掺杂钼尾矿发泡水泥的最优制备工艺为水温38℃、纤维4.0g、乳液30g、双氧水37g,影响因素主次顺序依次为:温度、双氧水、乳液、纤维.结构表征结果表明,发泡水泥制品中含有大量的SiO_2,还含有钙矾石、Ca(OH)_2和少量非晶态的CaCO_3等水泥水化产物的形成. Foamed cements adding a certain amount of molybdenum tailings were prepared by using ordinary 425 cement as main binding material, hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent, la-tex as foam stabilizer, respectively . Orthogonal experimental design was made by using la-tex, water temperature, fiber and hydrogen peroxide solution as the influence factors. And flexural strength, dry density and water absorption were used as evaluation indexes. Mean-while, confirmatory experiments were conducted in the optimal process. The phase structure of hydration products was characterized by using X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrometer.The results showed that the optimal process was 38℃ for water temperature, 3. 4 gber, 30 g for latex and 37 g for hydrogen peroxide. The sequence of follows: temperature, hydrogen peroxide9 emulsion and fiber. Structure characterization re-sults showed that the hydration products of foamed cement products contained a large a-mount of SiO02 ,ettringite,Ca(OH)2 and a little of amorphous CaCO3 etc.
