阴离子型葫芦巴胶压裂液体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 以葫芦巴胶原粉为原料,通过醚化改性制备了阴离子型葫芦巴胶(CHFG),配以实验室自制的有机硼交联剂(B-CA),获得阴离子型葫芦巴胶/有机硼压裂液体系(CHFG/B-CA).研究了CHFG/B-CA压裂液体系的流体行为.结果显示,CHFG/B-CA压裂液体系符合幂律模型,且随着稠化剂浓度增大,流性指数减小,稠度系数增大.测试了CHFG/B-CA压裂体系的耐温耐剪切性、悬砂性和耐盐性.耐温耐剪切性测试显示在140℃、170s^(-1)剪切1h,其黏度大于100mPa·s;静态悬砂结果显示CHFG/B-CA压裂体系沉降速度50℃时均小于0.18mm/s;CHFG/B-CA压裂液体系具有聚电解质的性质.CHFG具有较低的水不溶物含量,以及破胶后CHFG压裂液体系的残渣含量少. The Iracturing fluid system of CHFG /B -CA,which composed ol anionic lenugreek gum (abbreviated as CHFG ) as thickener and organic boron cross-linking agent (shorted as B-CA ) as cross-linker,was obtained . CHFG was prepared via an etherifying reaction to intro-duced into carboxyl group and B - C A was prepared by laboratory . The lluid behavior of CHFG /B-CA lracturing lluid system was researched. The results show that the CHFG /B - C A lracturing lluid system was consistent with power-law model, besides low index decreased and the consistency coefiicient increased along with the increasing ol CHFG concentration. The CHFG /B-CA 's measurements ol temperature and shear resistance,suspended sand and salt resistance were implemented. The viscosity was greater than 100 m P a · s when the tem-perature reached 140 C,shear rate at 170 s^-1 alter shearing 1 h. And the settling velocity was less than 0. 18 mm/s under 50 ℃ by static suspended sand. In addition CHFG/B-CA has the property of polyelectrolyte. Lastly,the CHFG presented favorable water solubility which was expressed by the lower content of water insoluble substance and the lower residue con-tent after the gel breaking.
