胸苷激酶1浓度检测用于胃癌癌前疾病恶性进程风险评估

Evaluation of Risk of Thymidine Kinase 1 Concentration Test in the Malignant Process of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨胸苷激酶1浓度在胃癌癌前疾病恶性进程风险评估中的应用价值。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年6月期间,在该院消化内科门诊收治的患者300例,另选同期在该院进行健康体检的正常人群100名作为对照组。采用免疫增强化学发光点印记法对血清中TK1浓度进行检测。比较分析不同胃癌癌前疾病、不同胃癌分期患者TK1浓度的变化情况。结果与正常对照组TK1浓度(0.47±0.33)pmol/L相比,慢性非萎缩性胃炎组、胃癌癌前病变各组以及胃癌各组患者TK1浓度均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,与慢性非萎缩性胃炎组患者TK1浓度(1.18±0.42)pmol/L相比,胃癌癌前病变组合胃癌组患者TK1浓度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随病程的发展,TK1浓度呈现上升趋势。结论胸苷激酶1浓度的检测对于胃癌癌前疾病恶性进程的评估具有十分重要的参考价值。

Objective To study the application value of thymidine kinase 1 concentration test in the malignant process of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. Methods 300 cases of patients admitted and treated in our department in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were conveniently selected and 100 cases of healthy physical examination group at the same period were selected as the control group, and the serum TK1 concentration was tested by the immunopotentiation chemoluminescence blotting, and the changes of different precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and TK1 concentration of different stages of gastric cancer were compared and analyzed. Results The TK1 concentration in the chronic non-atrophic gastritis group, various groups of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and various groups of gastric cancer obviously increased compared with that in the normal control group（0.47±0.33）pmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, besides, the TK1 concentration in the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer group and gastric cancer group obviously increased compared with that in the chronic non-atrophic gastritis group（1.18±0.42）pmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and with the development of diseases, the TK1 concentration showed an increasing trend.Conclusion The thymidine kinase 1 concentration test is of very important reference value to the evaluation of malignant process of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.
