新型Ahmed FP7/FP8青光眼引流阀植入术的临床应用价值研究

Research on Clinical Application Value of Newly Ahmed FP7/FP8 Glaucoma Valve Implantation

目的探究新型Ahmed FP7/FP8青光眼引流阀植入术在临床的应用价值。方法便利选取2014年1月—2016年1月于该院接受治疗的70例难治性青光眼青年患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将70例患者分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组接受新型Ahmed FP7/FP8青光眼引流阀植入术治疗,治疗后分别对两组患者眼压、视力、并发症发生率、手术成功率等多项指标进行统计,对比分析结果。结果观察组出现浅前房、脉络膜脱离、葡萄膜炎反应例数分别为0例、1例、1例,对照组分别为3例、1例、2例;观察组并发症发生率6.2%,明显低于对照组的18.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用新型Ahmed FP7/FP8青光眼引流阀植入术对难治性青光眼青年进行治疗,能显著降低患者眼压,利于患者视力恢复且手术成功率高,值得广泛应用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of newly Ahmed FP7/FP8 glaucoma valve implantation. Methods 70 cases of young patients with refractory neovascular glaucoma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group were given the routine treatment, while the observation group were treated with newly Ahmed FP7/FP8 glaucoma valve implantation, and the intraocular pressure, vision, incidence rate of complications and success rate of operation of the two groups were counted after treatment and the analysis results were compared and analyzed. Results The number of cases with shallow anterior chamber, detachment of choroids and uveitis reaction was respectively 0, 1, 1 in the observation group and 3,1,2 in the control group, and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（6.2% vs 18.6%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The newly Ahmed FP7/FP8 glaucoma valve implantation in treatment of young patients with refractory neovascular glaucoma can obviously decrease the intraocular pressure, which is conducive to vision restoration with high operative success rate, which is worth wide application and promotion.
