心理护理联合舒适护理在血液透析护理中的临床应用研究

Research on Clinical Application of Mental Nursing and Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Hemodialysis

目的探讨心理护理、舒适护理联合使用在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取于2013年3月—2016年6月前来该院就诊的98例患者,经抽签(具随机性)将其分为研究组、对照组,每组49例,对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上加用心理护理、舒适护理。记录两组血液透析患者透析相关不良反应发生率、负面情绪变化情况、患者对护理工作满意度,将所得数据经统计学分析后得出结论。结果两组经上述相应护理后,研究组不良反应发生率仅为12.24%,对照组不良反应发生率高达22.45%(P<0.05);经护理后两组HAMA、HAMD量表评分均较之前显著降低,研究组负面情绪改善效果及对护理工作满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者给予常规护理联合心理护理、舒适护理可显著降低不良反应发生率,有利于维持良好的护患关系。

Objective To study the application effect of mental nursing and comfort nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis.Methods 98 cases of patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group were given the routine nursing measures, while the research group added the mental nursing and comfort nursing on the basis of the control group, and the incidence rate of related adverse reaction, changes of negative emotion and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work of the two groups were recorded and the data were statistically analyzed and the Conclusion was concluded. Results After the corresponding nursing, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was only 12.24% but as high as 22.45% in the control group（P〈0.05）, after nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scale scores were obviously decreased compared with those before nursing, and the improvement effect of negative emotion and satisfactory degree to nursing work in the research group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The routine nursing and mental nursing and comfort nursing for patients with hemodialysis can obviously reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, which is conducive to maintaining the good nurse-patient relationship.
