综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者不良情绪及生存质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Adverse Emotion and Survival Quality of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭患者不良情绪及生存质量的影响。方法方便收集2014年5月—2016年4月期间山东省威海市中心医院肾内科收治的90例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为综合护理组和常规护理组,每组45例。常规护理组采用常规护理措施。综合护理组则用综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的依从性、焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)评分及生活质量改善情况。结果合护理组达依从性好的比例为55.6%,明显高于常规护理组的28.9%(P<0.05)。综合护理组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分分别为(45.0±9.5)分、(45.4±7.6)分明显低于常规护理组的(53.7±8.6)分、(53.3±8.0)分(P<0.05)。综合护理组的健康指数、生活满意度、情感得分、感情指数分别为(13.6±1.3)分、(10.2±1.7)分、(50.6±6.3)分、(9.3±1.1)分,明显高于常规护理组的(8.2±1.6)分、(6.9±1.0)分、(33.7±6.5)分、(5.2±1.0)分(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能提高患者对治疗和护理的依从性,纠正其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,进而改善其生活质量,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on adverse emotion and survival quality of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 90 cases of patients in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were collected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing measures, while the comprehensive nursing group adopted the comprehensive nursing measures, and the compliance, SAS and SDS scores and improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The good compliance in the comprehensive nursing group was obviously higher than that in the routine nursing（55.6% vs 28.9%）（P〈0.05）, and the SAS and SDS scores after intervention in the comprehensive nursing group were obviously lower than those in the routine nursing group [（45.0±9.5）scores,（45.4±7.6）scores vs（53.7±8.6）scores,（53.3±8.0）scores]（P〈0.05）, and the health index, living satisfactory degree, emotion score and feeling index were obviously higher than those in the routine nursing group, [（13.6±1.3）scores,（10.2 ±1.7）scores,（50.6 ±6.3）scores,（9.3 ±1.1）scores vs（8.2 ±1.6）scores,（6.9 ±1.0）scores,（33.7 ±6.5）scores,（5.2 ±1.0）scores]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of treatment and nursing of patients and correct the adverse moods of anxiety and depression thus improving the quality of life, which is worth clinical reference and promotion.
