16层螺旋CT平扫诊断成人急性阑尾炎的价值研究

Research on Value of 16-slice Spiral CT Plain Scan in Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis in Adults

目的探讨成人急性阑尾炎采取16层螺旋CT平扫的诊断价值。方法方便选择该院2014年1月—2016年12月接诊的经术后病理证实为急性阑尾炎的成人患者60例作为研究对象,纳入研究对象有完整临床资料,自愿配合此次研究。该组患者术前均接受16层螺旋CT平扫与常规超声诊断,观察记录2种诊断方式诊断符合率,将术后病理诊断结果作为金标准,比较两种方式符合率,同时总结16层螺旋CT平扫影像学特点。结果 16层螺旋CT平扫诊断16例成人急性阑尾炎符合率为90.00%,显著高于常规超声诊断符合率70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 16层螺旋CT平扫诊断成人急性阑尾炎符合率较高,且有自身的CT诊断征象,能为临床提供不错的参考依据,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the value of 16-slice spiral CT plain scan in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in adults.Methods 60 cases of adults with acute appendicitis confirmed by the pathology after operation in our hospital from January2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects and all patients in the group received the 16-slice spiral CT plain scan and routine ultrasound diagnosis before operation, and the diagnosis coincidence rate of the two diagnosis methods was observed and recorded, and the coincidence rate of the two methods was compared taking the postoperative pathological diagnosis results as the golden standards, at the same time, the imaging features of 16-slice spiral CT plain scan were summarized. Results The 16-slice spiral CT plain scan showed that the coincidence rate of acute appendicitis in16 cases of adults was 90.00%, which was obviously higher than that of routine ultrasound diagnosis（90.00% vs 70.00%）,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The coincidence rate of 16-slice spiral CT plain scan in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in adults is higher, and has its own CT diagnosis signs, which can provide a good reference for the clinic, and it is worth recommendation.
