推进上海供给侧结构性改革,把产业结构调整作为主攻方向,着力提高产业竞争力和创新能力,力争到2020年,上海供给侧结构性改革推进结构调整取得重要进展,"去降补"工作取得明显成效,供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性显著提高,企业生产经营环境显著改善,生产经营成本和盈利水平回归合理,要素资源配置效率明显提升,创新能力稳步提高,新的发展动能持续壮大,形成多层次、高质量的供给体系,在更高的水平上实现新的供需平衡。

To promote supply-side structural reform,Shanghai should take the industrial structure adjustment as the main direction to strive to improve the industrial competitiveness and innovation,and then promote the structural adjustment to make a important progress until 2020,the task of ＂reducing,lowering and strengthening＂ will have got outstanding achievements,the adaptability and flexibility of the supply structure will have increased considerably,the production and operation environment will have been improved significantly,the production and operation cost and profit level will have returned to be reasonable,the efficiency of resource allocation will have been improved obviously,the ability of innovation will have has a steady improvement,new development momentum will have continued to grow,so that it will develop a multi-level,high-quality supply system and achieve a new balance between supply and demand at a new higher level.
