摘要
选用河南产储藏1a的普通小麦为试验材料,测定被卵期、幼虫期、蛹期和成虫期谷蠹侵害的小麦籽粒电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、脂肪酶和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性等指标,并对其进行差异性分析。结果表明:小麦被不同生长发育阶段谷蠹侵害后,其细胞膜通透性增大,电导率值逐渐升高,在卵期和幼虫期增加缓慢,到蛹期和成虫期时增加幅度最大;脂质过氧化加剧,丙二醛含量逐渐增加,卵期几乎不变,幼虫期开始明显增加,增加幅度较大。不同生长发育阶段谷蠹对小麦酶促防御系统有较大的影响:细胞内重要的抗氧化保护酶过氧化物酶活力和过氧化氢酶活动度均逐渐降低,脂肪酶活动度与对照样相比均较高;多酚氧化酶活力逐渐降低。
The common wheat of la in Henan province was used as the experimental material,conductivity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, catalase (CAT) , peroxidase (POD) , lipase and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and other indicators deter-minated in Rhizopertha dominica in the egg, larva, pupa and adult of wheat grain after damage. The infection and development of Rhizopertha dominica led to the permeability of cell membrane was increasing, conductivity value increased gradually, more slowly increasing in the egg and larval stages than pupal stage and adult stage; lipid per-oxidation increased and MDA content increased gradually, the egg stage was almost the same, the larvae began to increase significantly. The infection and develop-ment of Rhizopertha dominica had great influence on enzyme defense system: per-oxidase activity and catalase activity of intracellular important antioxidant enzymes decreased gradually, lipase activity were higher than that of the control group; poly-phenol o-xidase activity decreased gradually.
