摘要 针对燃油型谷物烘干机的混风装置在冬季使用时,在保证一定风量的条件下温度上不去,从而大大影响烘干效率这一问题,对其中的关键部件——混风格栅进行了优化设计,通过改进优化主混风口的尺寸及调节范围,提升了热风温升的范围。现场对比试验结果表明,谷物烘干机混风优化装置的热风最高温升可由原来的30℃提升至50℃,且热风温度的上限可通过调节板的开度大小进行调整,这对于提高谷物烘干机的稳定性和经济效益具有较大的意义。 In winter, under the condition of a certain amount of air volume, the air mixing device of fuel type grain drier had the problem of lower temperature, which greatly affected the drying efficiency. We made a optimization design of the key- components of mixed air grille. By improving the air inlet size and adjusting range,the hot air temperature range was increased. The experiment results showed that the hot air temperature of grain dryer air mixing optimization device increased from 30℃ to 50℃ , and the ceiling temperature of hot air could be adjusted by the plate opening size, which had great significance on the stability and economic benefits of grain drying machine.
