光照强度对育雏期蛋鸡啄羽及羽毛损伤状况的影响

Effects of light intensity on feather pecking and plumage damage of laying hens during brooding period

海兰白羽蛋鸡雏200只,从第4周到6周,按照实验设计随机分40组,每组5只鸡,它们被饲养在不同的光照强度(5、10、15、20lx)条件下,试验观察鸡只的啄羽行为,同时也研究啄羽行为的细节,记录被啄鸡只的身体羽毛部位以及被啄时的行为表现;在观察期间对羽毛状况进行评分。结果表明,被啄鸡只的身体羽毛损伤部位主要是尾部羽毛(37.40%)、背部羽毛(18.93%)和头部羽毛(15.39%),育雏期蛋鸡的羽毛损伤评分的总分随着光照强度的增加呈增加趋势,但对鸡只的身体只是轻微损伤。啄羽行为发生时,被啄鸡只的行为表现以趴卧行为(35.8%)、站立行为(27.4%)和采食行为(23.2%)为主。

From 4 to 6 weeks,200 Hailan layers were randomly assigned into 40 groups. Each group had 5 chicks. They were fed under four different light intensity （5, 10,15 and 20 lx）. Feather pecking and its behaviour detail were observed. We observed plumage partitions of body pecked by laying hens and behavior of the pecked laying hens. During the observation,the plumage damage were scored. When feather pecking occurred, the main plumage parts of body pecked by laying hens was followed by tail（37. 40%） ,back（18. 93%）and head（15. 39%）. The score of damaged feather of laying hens was increased with the increasing of light intensity. But the damage of feather was little. When feather pecking occurred, the behavior of the pecked laying hens were mainly groveling（35. 8%） ,standing（27. 4%） and feeding（23. 2%）.
