摘要
采用粮食样品中加入一定量硝酸经湿法快速消解并悬浮成均一溶液的前处理方法,于原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉中测定镉(Cd)含量。结果显示,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.000 4mg/kg,样品的测定值与证书值吻合,精密度高。该方法简化前处理流程,最大程度上提高了前处理效率和检测效率,能满足粮食样品快速悬浮进样直接分析的要求。
In pretreatment process, adding a certain amount of nitric acid in grain sample through wet fast digestion to quick-ly suspend into homogeneous solution, the determination of cadmium(Cd) in semi digested suspension of grain samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption(GFAA) was studied. The results showed that the correlation coefficients were more than 0. 999, the detection limit was 0. 000 4 mg/kg, the determination results was in good conformity with the certified values, high precision. This method could simplify the pretreatment process, improve the efficiency of pretreatment and the detection effi-ciency to the maximum extent, and meet the requirements of the direct analysis of the rapid sample suspension of grain sam-ples.
