双核铑金属化合物催化的氧化Heck反应:丙烯酸酯的两种角色

摘要 报道了双核铑化合物为催化剂,在无碱、无氧化剂、无配体条件下催化四芳基硼酸钠和丙烯酸酯的氧化Heck反应。考察了催化剂种类,反应温度和溶剂对反应的影响。通过反应机理研究发现:丙烯酸酯在反应中起着双重作用,一是作为底物与四芳基硼酸钠反应,二是作为H受体,在催化过程中与产生的Rh-H化合物反应生成丙酸酯。 Dirhodium complex was used as a catalyst to synthesize oxidative Heck type product for the addition of sodium tetraarylboron and acrylate in the absence of base,oxidant and ligand.The influence of reaction conditions such as catalyst type,temperature and solvent were studied.Under mechanism investigation,It was found that acrylate acted as two roles: not only reacting with sodium tetraarylboron,but also as H acceptor reacting with Rh-H species from the catalysis process.
