在微乳液体系中对 Vit.C片剂进行紫外分光光度法测定 ,线性范围为 0 .86～ 17.3μg/m l。该方法操作简便快速 ,准确度高 ,测定结果与药典法相符。

UV-Spectrophoto has been used to determine vitamine C in tables in microemulsion system and good linearity was obtained in the concentration of 0.86-17.3μg/ml.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The results from the proposed method were in good accordance with those given by drug stardards.
