摘要
Ti O2 -Si O2 系列玻璃具有优良的化学稳定性 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备玻璃涂层 ,可望提高一般玻璃的耐水性。研究结果表明 ,凝胶的化学组成及合成工艺均影响聚合物的类型 ,所以影响到涂层质量和基材的耐水性。当凝胶的化学组成为 5 Ti O2 -95 Si O2 ,溶剂量 R =0 .8—1.2 ,加水量γ =0 .75 -0 .98合成 ,涂层经 5 0 0℃热处理 ,可使一般 Na2 O -Ca O -Si O2 玻璃的耐水性提高 2 5 % -4 7%。
TiO 2-SiO 2 system glass coating made by Sol-gel process,which has high chemical durabilitys is expected to improve the water resistant of the matrix glass.The results show that the chemical composition of the gel glass and the synthetic technology have effects not only on the type of the polymer but also on the quality of the coating and the water resistant of matrix glass.In the experiment,the gel glass made from the composition of 5TiO 2-95SiO 2,syntherized by solvent amount R=0.8~1.2 and adding water amount γ=0.75~0.98,then heated at the temperature of 500℃ enables the general Na 2O-CaO-SiO 2 glass to improve its water resistant in range of 25%~47%.
