摘要
目的优选前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法通过Box-Behnken试验设计响应曲面法,对处方药材进行提取,以丹酚酸B和橙皮苷提取含量为响应值,优选最佳乙醇提取工艺条件,由此确定前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件。结果前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件为:浓度为70%,用量为9倍,提取次数为3次。结论此提取方法科学合理,稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of Qianliean capsules. Methods The prescription drugs were extracted by ethanol, with the content of salvianolic acid B and hesperidin as the response value.Meanwhile,the Box Behnken design experiment was adopted to optimize the extraction conditions.Results The optimum conditions of ethanol extraction were as follows： the prescription drugs of Qianliean capsules were extracted three times by ethanol at a desity of 70% and at an ethand to drug ratio of 9 ： 1.Conclusion This extraction technology is sound,stable and feasible.
