摘要 目的优选前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法通过Box-Behnken试验设计响应曲面法,对处方药材进行提取,以丹酚酸B和橙皮苷提取含量为响应值,优选最佳乙醇提取工艺条件,由此确定前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件。结果前列安胶囊的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件为:浓度为70%,用量为9倍,提取次数为3次。结论此提取方法科学合理,稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of Qianliean capsules. Methods The prescription drugs were extracted by ethanol, with the content of salvianolic acid B and hesperidin as the response value.Meanwhile,the Box Behnken design experiment was adopted to optimize the extraction conditions.Results The optimum conditions of ethanol extraction were as follows: the prescription drugs of Qianliean capsules were extracted three times by ethanol at a desity of 70% and at an ethand to drug ratio of 9 : 1.Conclusion This extraction technology is sound,stable and feasible.
