摘要 目的建立广藿香配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究方法,为广藿香配方颗粒的质量评价提供依据。方法高效液相色谱法,采用Wondasil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:330nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果建立了广藿香配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了21个共有峰,10批广藿香配方颗粒的相似度达0.98以上,并指认出咖啡酸、异毛蕊花糖苷和广藿香酮3个化学成分。结论本试验所建立的广藿香配方颗粒指纹图谱方法稳定可靠、重复性好,可为广藿香配方颗粒的质量控制和评价提供参考。 Objective To establish a method for fingerprint analysis of Pogostemon cablin formula granules by HPLC for quality evaluation.Methods HPLC analysis was carried out on Wondasil C18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm,the column temperature was kept at 30℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.Results Twenty-one main common peaks were selected in the fingerprint peaks, and three chemical compounds were identified,including caffeic acid, isoacteoside and pogostone.Good similari ties with correlation coefficients above 0.98 were found in fingerprints between samples of Pogostemon ca blin formula granules and the standard fingerprint.Conclusion This method is stable,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Pogostemon cablin formula granules.
