摘要
通过对现有厂拌热再生沥青拌合站的工艺过程及存在问题进行分析,将再生沥青拌合站进行有根据的单元细化,通过SLP方法对拌合厂进行定量的设施布置,得到若干可行的布置方案,同时建立梯形直觉模糊数决策模型进行方案的评价,梯形模糊数的表示可较全面地表达决策者对各方案的态度,有效减轻评价过程中权重确定的主观性,再对各比选方案进行量化分析评判,得到各方案的优劣排序,通过与现有拌合站的对比分析,证实布局优化方法的有效性,从而提供相对科学、有效的布置方案.
Based on the analysis of the process of asphalt mixing station of thermal regen- eration, this paper divided the asphalt mixing station into several units. Through the SLP to the mixing station facilities layout, a number of possible layouts were got and selected and compared the schemes through establishing the Trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy model. The representation of trapezoidal fuzzy number can express the attitude of the decision maker in a more comprehensive way and effectively reduce the subjectivity of weight determination in the evaluation process. Through the quantitative analysis and evaluation of each alternative, the ranking of each scheme is obtained. By comparing with the existing mixing stations, the validity of the layout optimization method is proved, so as to provide a relatively scientific and effective layout scheme.
