摘要
散装饮料自动售货机的输送管路冲洗对售卖饮料有重要作用,其管路的残留物影响着饮料的安全性,对此建立蒸汽流动数学模型,进行蒸汽热力学关系式的求解;用FLUENT软件对五条饮料管路中最长管路2和最短管路1进行仿真分析,通过对比可以看出最长管路在相同的压力下也能达到冲洗所要求的湍流状态,可以得出所选用冲洗用的蒸汽壶的技术指标对于所有饮料管路都能满足冲洗要求,能达到理想的冲洗效果,从而提高了饮料的安全性。
Pipeline bulk beverage vending machine washing plays an important role in selling drinks, and the pipeline residue affects safety of beverages. Building a mathematical model for steam flow, solving the steam thermodynamic relations and the simulation analysis of the longest and shortest pipeline by FLUENT software was carried on. As can be seen by comparing the length of pipeline can also achieve the required flushing turbulent state under the same pressure, the rinse with steam pot for all technical indicators can meet the require-ments of flushing pipe beverage and achieve the ideal flushing effect, thereby improving the safety of beverage.
