罩式退火炉燃烧系统优化

Combustion System Optimization for a Bell Annealing Furnace

摘要 针对罩式炉加热控制系统煤气燃烧不充分,利用率低的问题,通过对氧含量探头改造,实时修改空煤比的方法提高了煤气燃烧效率,有效降低了煤气消耗。 In the heating control system of the bell annealing furnace, the that problem is that the gas combustion efficiency is low, utilization ratio is not high. Through reforming the oxygen probe, modifying the air-gas ration real-time the efficiency of the gas combustion is improved, the fuel gas consumption is effectively reduced.
