摘要
为了控制水华爆发所带来的环境污染问题,选择异噻唑啉酮作为杀藻药剂,选择普通小球藻进行试验,以此来确定药剂的最佳投药量。研究表明:在水华爆发后,异噻唑啉酮可以作为应急药剂来使用,并且杀藻作用持续时间长;异噻唑啉酮控制绿藻型水华的最佳浓度为0.5 mg/L。
In order to control the environmental pollution caused by the outbreak of water bloom,isothiazolinone was selected as the algae killing agent,taking common chlorella as research objective,the algae killing experiment was carried out to determine the best dosage of the algae killing agent. The results show that: after the outbreak of water bloom,isothiazolinone can be used as an emergency algae killing agent,and the duration of the killing effect is long; the optimal concentration of isothiazolinone for control of the green algae bloom is 0.5mg/L.
