摘要 针对高压加氢反应釜工况特点,提出了全新的Plan 54密封辅助系统的技术方案。相较于常规辅助系统冲洗方案,新冲洗方案的隔离液循环流量更大、更稳定,机械密封的散热效果更好;同时机械密封辅助系统的安全性和可靠性也得到了极大的提高,可以确保机械密封长周期安全运行,可为类似装置的密封辅助系统升级改造提供有益的参考。 According to the working conditions of high-pressure hydrogenation reactor,a new mechanical seal supporting system Plan 54 has been presented. Compared with the conventional flushing plan system,the new supporting system is of more circulating flow,more stable,better cooling effect of mechanical seal; at the same time,the safety and teliability of mechanical seal supporting system has also been greatly improved,which can ensure the long-period safe operation of the mechanical seal. The paper can provide useful reference for upgrading mechanical seal supporting system of similar chemical plants.
