摘要
浅层水平井油层埋深浅、地层疏松、直井段短、水平段长、摩阻扭矩大,钻压传递困难,造斜段及水平段钻进摩阻大,导致后期滑动钻进困难,很难实现轨迹控制。为此,研制一种工具通过轴向震动,可有效消除或缓解钻具屈曲,并把钻具与井壁之间的静摩擦力转化为动摩擦力,使钻压更有效地传递到钻头,并且工具的不断振动避免了井下钻具发生粘卡的可能性。为满足现场试验要求,在试验室开展浅层水平井振动减阻工具性能测试,并对试验结果进行分析。
Shallow horizontal well has some characteristics of low oil reservoir buried depth,porous formation,short vertical section,long horizontal section,big friction torque,difficult WOB transfer,large drilling friction in curve section and horizontal section,which result in slide drilling difficult in later stage and hard trajectory control. For solving these problems,a drag and torque reducing tool need be developed to eliminate or relieve the buckling of drilling tools through axial vibration effectively,and change the static friction force into dynamic friction force between the tool and the borehole face. Then WOB is transferred to the bit more effectively,and the continuous vibration of the tool avoids the possibility of BHA sticking. In this paper,in order to meet the demand of well site operation,performance parameters test and analysis of drag and torque reducing tools were carried out in lab,and then the experimental results were analyzed.
