摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连石化分公司经历了一次史无前例的全公司范围内的停工大检修,历经1年多的策划和2个月的施工顺利完成大检修任务。重点对大检修各个环节的安全管理实践进行阐述。只有运用科学战略策划,切合实际的施工项目确定,全方位的实施监管,合理的开停工管理,始终以安全为核心,实行全过程管控,才能实现大检修的顺利安全完成。
After over one-year planning,overhaul work of all the units in our company was successfully finished in two months. In this article,the safety management practice of each link during the overhaul process was introduced. It's pointed out that scientific strategy planning,reasonable determination of construction projects,comprehensive supervision,rational management of start-up and shut-down,and effective control over the whole process are the base for safety management of the overhauling process in refineries.
